The Company shall collect, use and disclose of your personal data to relevant parties to identify potential applicants, evaluate and perform selection, make hiring decisions, and determine your compensation, rights, and welfare upon passing the selection and getting hired by the Company.
Scope of the Policy
This Privacy Policy covers data of applicants and third parties that are involved with you (such as people in your family, people you have proposed to be an emergency contact person or proposed to be a contact person for background checks before joining the Company). When you disclosing the personal data of the third party to the Company, the company may assume that you have requested consent to disclose the personal data from that third party.

Data Storage Security
The Company shall manage the storage of your personal data properly whether in electronic format on a secure server and / or store in the form of documents in an enclosed filing cabinet and limited to related parties in accessing such personal data. The Company would like to inform you that the job applicant's Privacy Policy applies only for applying for a job through various official methods of the Company, not covering the case of applying for a job through employment agencies or others.
Data Collection Period
The company shall maintain the personal data including the documents which are the personal data of the job applicants are as follows:
- In the event that you are not considered to be an employee, the Company may keep your personal data for not more than 1 year from the date that the personal data has been received by the Company, after which all your personal data shall be destroyed by data destruction process of the Company.
- In the event that you are considered to be an employee and entered into an employment contract, the Company may keep your personal data and documents which are personal data of employees throughout the period of employment. After termination of employment, the Company may keep your personal data for a further 10 years in order to support for data searching for legal actions by reference to the period of time under Section 193/30 of the Civil and Commercial Code. When the period of personal data collection is terminated in each of the above cases and there is no other reason to use that personal data, such as not in the process of prosecution or not in the period of enforcement, etc. The Company shall destroy such data by using appropriate methods as determined by the Company as soon as possible.
Departments where personal data may be disclosed
For the purposes of collection, usage, and disclosure of personal data of applicants above, the Company may disclose your personal data to other affiliated companies of Chia Tai group, including the companies in the Charoen Pokphand Group and external agencies related to employment such as hospitals, government organizations, etc.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner
Rights under the Privacy Policy, including the right to withdraw your consent, the right to access and obtain a copy of personal data, the right to request to provide the personal data remains accurate, the right to erase the personal data, the right to restrict the use of the personal data, the right to send or transfer the personal data and the right to complain.
