Chia Tai Headquarters Wins BSA Building Safety Awards 2021

Bangkok, 24 November 2021 – Mrs. Kulvadee Nimnual, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Administration Department, Chia Tai Company Limited, Thailand's leading innovative agricultural company, represents the company to receive the plaque of honor announcing Chia Tai as the Platinum Winner of BSA Building Safety Awards 2021 as judged by the Building Inspectors Association. The plaque is granted by Mr. Pisut Sukhum, Acting Chief Engineer, Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, Ministry of Interior, at the BSA Building Safety Awards 2021 presentation ceremony hosted by the Building Inspectors Association. This recognition attests to the fact that Chia Tai's new headquarters meets both user and environmental safety criteria considering a variety of building safety elements, safety system performance, safety management, including fire extinguishment, rescue operations, fire evacuation, etc. The ceremony is held at Narissaranusorn Room, Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning.

 

Located on Sukhumvit 60 Road and adjacent to Bang Chak BTS station, Chia Tai's headquarters is a 15-story, 19,087-square-meter building designed under the concept “Growing As One” with co-working areas to promote strong collaboration and teamwork. Besides, it provides spaces for employees to relax from work through exercise activities, for example fitness center and golf simulator room. In addition, the property features innovative technologies for sustainability and was purposefully created with an emphasis on environmental friendliness and ultimate safety requirements.

 

This new headquarters building, which opened in 2019, has replaced Chia Tai's Historic Headquarters on Songsawat Road, demonstrating the company's readiness and firm determination to strengthen business operations as it proudly advances into the new century.
