Bangkok, 10 December 2021 – Mr. Chaiyapan Limpiwan, Senior Vice President of Seed Business, Chia Tai Company Limited, Thailand's leading innovative agricultural company, obtains “Quality Persons of the Year 2021” award in agricultural business category from His Excellency Kasem Jankaew (Privy Council) who presides over the award ceremony hosted by Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand (FSTT). This award honors and recognizes highly successful individuals who contribute themselves for the betterment of the society and nation. On this occasion, Chia Tai also joins to support funds for “Quality Youths Scholarships of the Year 2021” which are awarded to students countrywide who excel in science and technology. The event has been organized at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel.
Mr. Chaiyapan has been one of the company's important leaders driving the advancement of Thai agriculture as well as Chia Tai's seed business from the past to the present with over 40 years of experience and expertise in agriculture. In addition, he has played a significant role in plant breeding to produce high-quality seeds. Aiming to operate businesses in tandem with social development, he has also encouraged multiple social benevolent efforts through seed donations, with the hopes of eventually strengthening food security for communities.
