Bangkok, 8 March 2021 – Mr. Manas Chiaravanond, Chief Executive Officer of Chia Tai Company Limited, Thailand’s leading innovative agricultural company, received two prestigious awards recognizing all-round excellence in agricultural promotion, including “Person of the Year 2021” and “Best Practice Awards 2021”, from Air Chief Marshal Chalit Pukbhasuk, Privy Councilor of Thailand and Secretary General of Phra Dabos Foundation, who honored his presence to preside over the presentation ceremony hosted by For Thai Social Foundation. The awards are granted to Mr. Manas Chiaravanond and Chia Tai Company Limited in recognition of the outstanding contribution to the public and the nation on 5 March 2021 at Air Force Convention Hall.
In this regard, Mr. Manas Chiaravanond has received the “Person of the Year 2021” in agricultural promotion category in honor of his significant efforts and achievement in leading Chia Tai with emphasis on the advancement in Thai agriculture through proactive support to deliver efficient innovations and solutions. Furthermore, Mr. Manas has always been a great role model for Chia Tai employees to strongly adhere to ethical conducts and integrity.
In addition, Chia Tai has acquired “Best Practice Awards 2021” in agricultural promotion category to recognize the company’s continuous effort in inventing and developing a myriad of agricultural innovations, for example quality seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, fresh produce, and agricultural solutions. Consequently, Chia Tai has played a key role in enhancing Thai agriculture towards the achievement of greater quality and stability, as well as supporting greater security in agricultural career, in order to drive the Thai agriculture to lead the industry at a regional level, while also enhancing its competitiveness on a global scale. By doing this, Chia Tai is progressing towards the company’s purpose to enhance innovative agriculture for a better and sustainable quality of life and to firmly establish food security.
