Bangkok, 1 September 2023 – Mr. Prawin Khurowat, Chief Financial Officer, Chia Tai Company Limited, Thailand's leading innovative agricultural company, represented the company to receive a distinction award as “Excellent Organization on Innovative Agriculture” from H.E. Mr. Chuan Leekpai, the former President of National Assembly and Prime Minister of Thailand who honorary presented over the Provincial Press Association of Thailand’s 2023 Annual Ordinary Meeting.
This award reiterates the company’s intention and missions to uplift Thai agriculture toward the smart agriculture by delivering optimal agricultural solutions to agriculturists, helping them to solve relevant challenges and obstacles, for instance, climate change, food security, and aging society that will cause agricultural labor shortage problem in the near future. All of these efforts are being made to advance Thai agriculturists’ potential, increase their competitiveness in the region, stabilize agriculturist occupation and offer food security to Thai society.
